Comprehensive clinical experience — Recent practice across antenatal clinic, antenatal ward, birthing unit, postnatal ward and continuity‑of‑care programs.

Strong communication & teamwork — Communicates clearly, listens actively and collaborates effectively with multidisciplinary teams while practising confidently and autonomously.
Clinical judgement & adaptability — Demonstrates attention to detail, evidence‑based decision‑making and the ability to prioritise in a busy, changing maternity environment.
Commitment to growth & culture — Engages in continuous learning and contributes to a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
