Starting Salary: $65,000 + Super (With strict 3 and 6-month performance/remuneration reviews to reward excellence)

About Us

We are looking for a self-directed, energetic operator to learn our entire business from the ground up, master our internal systems, and bridge the gap between our administrative workflows and our physical operations.

The Challenge

This is a multi-faceted, dynamic role. We need someone who is bored by repetition and thrives on understanding how a business actually works in practice, not just on paper. You will be expected to rapidly learn our product range, dive into our warehouse logistics, and interact directly with customers in our onsite outlet store.

Key Responsibilities

Master the Workflow: Learn our entire operational pipeline—from how a product is ordered and tracked in our inventory system, to how it is handled in the warehouse, to how it is accounted for in administration.
Bridge Theory & Practice: Ensure our digital systems (monday.com) perfectly match the physical reality in the warehouse and the outlet store. You will find and fix the bottlenecks where administration and logistics clash.
Product & Retail Fluency: Rapidly absorb our product range to assist clients, answer technical questions, and comfortably manage the customer service experience in our onsite outlet store.
Self-Directed Execution: You won't have your hand held. You will look at the daily operations, see what needs organizing, rally the team, and get it done.

Grounded Work Ethic: You aren't afraid to step out of the office, walk into the warehouse, or stand at the retail counter. You want to immerse yourself completely.
System-Minded: You understand how to use tools like monday.com to enforce accountability and keep data clean.

We choose not to play the game of overpaying smooth-talking candidates who talk a big game but fail to deliver. We start our remuneration competitively at $65k to attract genuine candidates looking for a long-term home. For an operator who proves their tangible skills, absorbs our product line, and optimizes our workflows, we have strict, structured 3 and 6-month review mechanisms to scale your salary directly with your value.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year

What is your current visa subclass or citizenship status, when does it expire, and why are you specifically motivated to find an employer in regional Queensland who can offer long-term support or sponsorship pathways?
When setting up a CRM pipeline (like monday.com or Salesforce) to track a customer lifecycle from cold lead to won deal, how do you structure your custom data fields to ensure the sales team actually enters clean data, and what is your specific strategy for preventing duplicate or 'junk' leads from ruining your reporting?
