NDIS Client Liaison & Compliance Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive NDIS Client Liaison & Compliance Officer to join our Support Coordination team. This is a full-time, office-based role focused on ensuring strong client relationships, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting the ongoing improvement of internal systems and processes.
This position plays a key role in bridging communication between clients, stakeholders, and coordinators, while ensuring all documentation and operational activities meet required compliance standards within the NDIS framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records, documentation, and reporting
- Monitor and support NDIS compliance requirements within the support coordination framework
- Assist in the development and improvement of internal processes and workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation
- Work collaboratively with the support coordination team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Perform administrative and office-based duties to support day-to-day operations

Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Proven experience in administration, compliance, or client-facing roles
- Essential: Sound understanding of the NDIS, including relevant processes, compliance requirements, and support coordination practices
- Ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records
- Experience working in a structured, office-based environment
Highly Desirable
- Experience or strong interest in AI tools and automation
- Ability to identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual workload
- Previous experience in support coordination or disability services
