This is a permanent full-time position commencing ASAP
Education Business Services (EBS) delivers critical corporate and operational support that underpins high-quality education outcomes for students across Western Australia. The division enables the effective functioning of the Department through the provision of payroll and procurement services, school funding, information management, ICT, and the management of facilities and infrastructure.
The Office of EBS supports the efficient operation of the administrative functions within the division and acts as a conduit between executive teams within EBS and the wider Department.
The Role
This is an opportunity to play a central role in supporting senior leadership within EBS. As part of the Office of EBS, you will contribute to the smooth and effective operation of the division by coordinating key administrative and operational activities.
In this role, you will work closely with the Deputy Director General and the executive team, managing correspondence, coordinating appointments and travel, supporting payments, and ensuring priorities are delivered efficiently. You will coordinate briefing materials, handle sensitive information with discretion, and provide responsive, professional support across a wide range of stakeholders.
This role offers the chance to build strong working relationships with executive teams across the Department and is ideally suited to someone with strong organisational and communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to professionalism and collaboration.
