The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Team Executive (Legal Secretary) to join our Perth office on a full time, permanent basis.
As a Team Executive, you are responsible for providing proactive and effective general secretarial and administration assistance to our Partners, Lawyers & Practice Executives across a diverse range of tasks.
In this role you will be a member of the hub and operations team and will work closely with the Practice Executive/Hub team lead to ensure the smooth day to day running of the hub, provide additional support to the Team Assistants and Practice Executives, including assisting with leave cover.
Development within the Team Executive role will be supported by the Team Leader and Operations Manager.

- Legal secretarial experience within a law firm environment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
