Qualified Sous Chef Wanted – Hungry Wolfs Italiano (Terrigal)

Full-Time | $85,000 + Super

Hungry Wolfs Italiano is looking for a qualified Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team in Terrigal.

We’re after someone who can lead from the front, handle pressure, maintain standards, and bring consistency to a busy service environment.

This is not an entry-level role.
We want a chef who understands timing, organisation, prep systems, cleanliness, team communication, and how to run a professional service.

About the Role

Full-time salaried position
$85,000 + Super
Hands-on leadership role
Fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Work closely with ownership and senior kitchen team
Help drive consistency, systems, training, and food quality

What We’re Looking For

Qualified chef with previous Sous Chef or strong CDP experience
Strong understanding of Italian cuisine and high-volume service
Ability to lead a team and manage service under pressure
Excellent organisation and communication skills
High standards for cleanliness, prep, and presentation
Someone proactive who takes ownership and responsibility
Positive attitude — no ego, no drama
