About the role
The Doylo, is a modern brasserie specialising in Australian cuisine, open for lunch and dinner focused on using high-quality produce, changing the menu with the seasons and keeping up with new food trends. We are looking for a experienced Chef's to join our new team and grow within the role! your working duties and responsibilities will include:
- Input toward menu's
- input towards chef specials
- Train and supervise over 8 staff (if in sous chef roll)
- Enforce and follow all HACCP Rules
- Ensuring all safe food practices are maintained
- Produce innovative and delicious food experiences.

Skills and experience
- Prior experience as a Chef in a comparable brasserie/restaurant
- Proven experience leading kitchen staff
- Passion for food!
- Ability to motivate and work in a team.
- A can-do attitude.
