About the Venue:
The Brighton Hotel precinct is home to some of Sydney’s most exciting premium dining experiences, bringing together elevated food, exceptional service and contemporary hospitality within one dynamic precinct.

Our portfolio includes the refined Italian dining of Benetti’s, the vibrant Mediterranean flavours of AMMOS, and an exciting new premium steakhouse concept set to open soon. We are currently seeking passionate and talented Chef de Parties to join our growing culinary team. Full time, and casual opportunities are available.

About the Role:
This is an opportunity to work within a premium dining environment where attention to detail, consistency and craftsmanship are highly valued.

Working alongside experienced culinary leaders, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dishes across our venues while continuing to refine your skills and develop your career within a growing hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and operate your assigned section during service
Prepare and present dishes to premium dining standards
Maintain exceptional consistency, quality and presentation
Ensure food safety, hygiene and kitchen compliance standards are upheld
Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising wastage
Support and mentor junior kitchen team members
Contribute to a positive, professional and high-performing kitchen culture

We’re looking for:

Previous experience within a premium/fine dining or hatted restaurant as a Chef de Partie
Strong technical cooking skills and attention to detail
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency
Passion for quality ingredients, presentation and culinary excellence
Strong organisational and communication skills
Full Australian working rights with a minimum of 8 months visa validity remaining (student visas and sponsorship applicants will not be considered)
