What We Are Looking For
- Minimum two years’ experience in a fine dining or hatted establishment
- Experience cooking with fire is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food, produce and seasonality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and perform well under pressure
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Immediate start preferred
