Full Job Description

Grind Espresso is a passionate coffee brand, established for 24+ years. We are all about a great team environment, product and customer experiences.

The role

Barista 25-35hrs per week. Working 4-5 days, including 1 weekend day.
Working on machine in busier periods as part of a 2 person team on shots and or milk. Working solo in quiter times.
Mix of early morning & afternoon starts. We trade 6am to 4pm weekdays and 6am to 2pm weekends

About You

Min 1 year Barista experience required (included pulling shots, spinning, texturing and pouring a variety of milks and alternatives)
Ability to work with manual grinders and steaming of milk manually is an advantage.
You must be a reliable team player, with a friendly personality and apositive work ethic.
Be willing to learn and work with new and different coffee methods, including dialling in of blends and single origins.
Due to our rostering not suitable as a 2nd job.
Must be a permanent resident (unfortunately we don't do sponsorship)
Staff questionnaire will be sent for completion to shortlisted candidates.
