The role
- Barista 25-35hrs per week. Working 4-5 days, including 1 weekend day.
- Working on machine in busier periods as part of a 2 person team on shots and or milk. Working solo in quiter times.
- Mix of early morning & afternoon starts. We trade 6am to 4pm weekdays and 6am to 2pm weekends
About You
- Min 1 year Barista experience required (included pulling shots, spinning, texturing and pouring a variety of milks and alternatives)
- Ability to work with manual grinders and steaming of milk manually is an advantage.
- You must be a reliable team player, with a friendly personality and apositive work ethic.
- Be willing to learn and work with new and different coffee methods, including dialling in of blends and single origins.
- Due to our rostering not suitable as a 2nd job.
- Must be a permanent resident (unfortunately we don't do sponsorship)
- Staff questionnaire will be sent for completion to shortlisted candidates.
