Chatime DFO Homebush is looking for enthusiastic Casual Team Members to join our busy store. Whether you're a university student, school leaver, or someone looking for flexible casual work, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, food preparation and barista-style drink making.
No previous bubble tea experience is required—we provide full training.

Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium bubble tea and beverages to Chatime standards
- Deliver friendly, fast and professional customer service
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system and process customer payments
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Replenish stock and assist with inventory
- Keep the store clean, organised and presentation-ready
- Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner and weekend trade
- Support your teammates to deliver a great customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, reliable and punctual
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable following recipes and company procedures
- Available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Availability over the December and January holiday period is highly regarded
Previous experience in any of the following is advantageous but not essential:
