BUILDING MANAGER – FULL TIME

Salary: $80,000 – $85,000

About Us

TH Building Maintenance is a professional facilities and building management company providing high-quality building management, concierge, maintenance coordination, and operational support services across residential and mixed-use developments throughout Sydney.

We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Building Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of residential/commercial buildings
Coordinate contractors, maintenance works, and repairs
Manage building compliance, WHS, and site inspections
Liaise with residents, strata committees, and service providers
Monitor building systems including fire safety, lifts, HVAC, access control, and CCTV
Supervise onsite staff where required
Ensure common areas are maintained to a high standard
Attend to emergency call-outs and after-hours issues when necessary
Maintain accurate reports, maintenance records, and contractor documentation

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ Building Management experience
Strong understanding of building services and technical operations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience coordinating contractors and site works
Computer literacy and report-writing skills
