We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role will report to the Front Office Manager and is fundamental in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our hotel guests

The successful candidate will:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, handling enquiries, and facilitating smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Be a point of contact for all guest needs
- Promote hotel facilities and associated loyalty programs
- Accurately maintain detailed guest reservations and preferences
- Maintain a high level of liaison between front office and all other departments within the hotel.
- Assisting with concierge when required
Ideally you will have:
- 1-2 years of Front Office experience within a 4–5-star environment
- Experience with Opera or similar PMS system
- Excellent Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate verbally and written
- A passion for the hospitality industry & an eye for detail
- A customer service focus
- Well presented, with an outgoing personality
- Ability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
