Job Description
JLL Australia is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional front-of-house service in premium commercial buildings. You'll welcome visitors, manage reception operations, coordinate workplace services, and help create a positive experience for tenants, clients, and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and manage reception and front desk operations.
- Handle visitor registrations, building access, and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and workplace facilities.
- Support corporate events and liaise with facilities and security teams.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure a professional reception environment.
Qualifications
Required:
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Customer Service, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in reception, concierge, hospitality, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking or visitor management systems.
- Strong organisational skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
Preferred:
- Experience in corporate workplaces, premium offices, or commercial property.
- Knowledge of visitor management and workplace experience systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
