BUILDING MANAGER – FULL TIME

TH Building Maintenance is a professional facilities and building management company providing high-quality building management, concierge, maintenance coordination, and operational support services across residential and mixed-use developments throughout Sydney.
We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Building Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of residential/commercial buildings
- Coordinate contractors, maintenance works, and repairs
- Manage building compliance, WHS, and site inspections
- Liaise with residents, strata committees, and service providers
- Monitor building systems including fire safety, lifts, HVAC, access control, and CCTV
- Supervise onsite staff where required
- Ensure common areas are maintained to a high standard
- Attend to emergency call-outs and after-hours issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate reports, maintenance records, and contractor documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ Building Management experience
- Strong understanding of building services and technical operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience coordinating contractors and site works
- Computer literacy and report-writing skills
