About Derrimut 24:7 Gym

Derrimut 24:7 Gym is one of Australia's fastest-growing fitness networks, known for delivering high-quality training environments and strong community culture.

We're excited to be launching our brand-new flagship club in Elizabeth, South Australia. Featuring the largest purpose-built HYROX Performance Centre in SA, alongside dedicated Group Fitness, Reformer Pilates, and Hot Mat Pilates & Yoga studios, this state-of-the-art facility is set to become one of the premier training destinations in the region.

We are currently seeking passionate, energetic, and knowledgeable HYROX Coaches to join our foundation team and help build a thriving HYROX community from day one.

About the Role

As a HYROX Coach, you will deliver high-energy, structured, and results-driven training sessions designed to help members improve their fitness, performance, and confidence.

Whether members are training for their first HYROX event, looking to improve athletic performance, or simply seeking a challenging and rewarding training experience, you will play a key role in helping them achieve their goals.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the HYROX offering within one of South Australia's most exciting new fitness facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality HYROX classes and training sessions in line with Derrimut standards
Coach members through HYROX-specific movements, running, and race simulations
Ensure all sessions are safe, structured, and engaging
Provide regressions and progressions for varying fitness levels and abilities
Create a motivating, inclusive, and high-performance training environment
Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention and community engagement
Maintain a clean, professional, and organised training space

We Are Looking For

Relevant fitness qualifications (Cert III & IV in Fitness or equivalent)
Current First Aid & CPR (required)
Public Liability Insurance
Experience coaching functional fitness, strength & conditioning, athletic performance, group training, or HYROX preferred
Strong communication and coaching skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Passion for helping people improve performance and achieve their goals

Highly Regarded

HYROX Foundation Course or HYROX Coaching Accreditation
Experience competing in HYROX events
Background in running, strength & conditioning, CrossFit, functional fitness, or athletic development
