Opening July 2026, Zanobia is Sydney’s newest premium Lebanese dining destination located in Barangaroo. We are bringing authentic Lebanese flavours, warm hospitality, and a sophisticated dining experience to one of Sydney’s most vibrant precincts.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations, build a high-performing team, and help establish Zanobia as a premier dining destination from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
- Manage staff rosters, labour costs, and team performance.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- Drive sales, profitability, and business performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and workplace health and safety regulations.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant reporting.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience in premium dining environments is highly regarded.
- Knowledge of Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine is an advantage.

Pay: $58,331.31 – $87,886.57 per year
