About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Housekeeping Site Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at a prestigious five-star hotel in Pyrmont.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housekeeping professional looking to take the next step in their career and make a lasting impact on team performance and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily housekeeping operation and maintain exceptional cleaning standards
- Coordinate onboarding, training and development of new team members
- Coach, mentor and support team members to achieve high performance
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
- Manage room allocations, staffing levels and daily team briefings
- Monitor stock levels of linen, guest amenities and housekeeping supplies
- Complete daily administration including room counts, timesheets and reporting
- Liaise effectively with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Utilise Opera, Knowcross and FBM systems to manage daily operations
- Ensure guest rooms, corridors and public areas consistently meet brand and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Housekeeping Site Supervisor role within a hotel environment
- Full Australian working rights are essential
- Passion for housekeeping and building high-performing teams
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Professional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Positive, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Experience with Opera, Knowcross or similar hotel management systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts as required
