Full Job Description

Heroes 4 Life is a leading NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provider dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support services to individuals with disabilities. Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Heroes 4 Life . As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and well-being of our clients by providing expert nursing care and support in alignment with NDIS guidelines.

Rate: $60-$80 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive health assessments for clients with disabilities.

- Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams.

- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.

- Monitor and evaluate the health status of clients, making necessary adjustments to care plans.

- Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding their health needs.

- Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations and documentation requirements.

- Collaborate with support workers and other healthcare professionals to optimize client outcomes.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.

- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

- A commitment to delivering person-centered care and promoting client independence.

- Knowledge of NDIS policies and procedures is a plus.
