As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality care while supporting patients, families, and colleagues across a dynamic rural health service. From hands-on clinical care to working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you'll help create positive health outcomes that truly matter.

Delivering evidence-based nursing care that supports safe, effective patient outcomes
Working collaboratively with healthcare teams to plan, review and improve patient care
Using clinical judgement and critical thinking to respond to changing needs
Supporting a positive team culture through mentorship, communication and shared learning

Current registration (or eligibility) as a Registered Nurse in Australia
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver evidence-based care
Effective communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary environment
Commitment to safe practice, quality care, and ongoing professional development

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in rural or regional healthcare settings and/or additional postgraduate study relevant to your practice.
