As a Clinical Nurse - Adult Community Mental Health, you'll support people to improve wellbeing, strengthen recovery and stay connected. Working with consumers, families and colleagues, you'll help create lasting outcomes.

Providing person-centred assessment, care planning and therapeutic support that helps consumers achieve meaningful recovery goals.
Coordinating care with health professionals, community services and support networks to deliver safe, connected and effective outcomes.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Registered Nurse.
Experience delivering mental health care, including assessment, care coordination and recovery-focused practice.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with consumers, families and multidisciplinary teams.
Sound clinical judgement, risk management capability and a commitment to safe, evidence-based care.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have a postgraduate qualification in mental health nursing, mental health nursing credentials, and/or experience working in rural or community-based settings.
Relocation and accommodation support may be available for eligible candidates.
Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage while helping improve mental health outcomes across the region.
