Grooming Manager – Lead, Inspire & Create

Are you a highly skilled groomer with a passion for animal welfare, creative styling, and developing others?

We are seeking an experienced Grooming Manager to lead our talented team of stylists in a busy, professional, and purpose-driven grooming salon in Sydneys lower north shore. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior groomer who loves mentoring others, maintaining high standards, and creating beautiful grooming outcomes while fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.

About the Role:

As our Grooming Manager, you will be responsible for:

Performing all aspects of professional dog grooming across a variety of breeds and styles.
Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of junior and developing stylists.
Maintaining exceptional grooming standards and quality control.
Managing salon stock, ordering supplies, and inventory control.
Ensuring grooming tools, equipment, and salon facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Supporting team training, development, and ongoing education.
Promoting a positive, energetic, and collaborative workplace culture.
Upholding the highest standards of animal welfare, ethics, and safety.

About You

You are:

An experienced and confident senior stylist capable of grooming all breeds and styles.
Passionate about the grooming industry and committed to continuous improvement.
A natural leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and inspiring others.
Positive, energetic, and solutions-focused with a genuine can-do attitude.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Committed to exceptional customer service and pet care.
Great communication and positive mindse.
Aligned with values of teamwork, integrity, compassion, and excellence.
