About the Role:
As our Grooming Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Performing all aspects of professional dog grooming across a variety of breeds and styles.
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of junior and developing stylists.
- Maintaining exceptional grooming standards and quality control.
- Managing salon stock, ordering supplies, and inventory control.
- Ensuring grooming tools, equipment, and salon facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
- Supporting team training, development, and ongoing education.
- Promoting a positive, energetic, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Upholding the highest standards of animal welfare, ethics, and safety.

- An experienced and confident senior stylist capable of grooming all breeds and styles.
