We are looking for a Boutique Manager to lead and grow our Sydney boutique.

The Opportunity

Located in Paddington, this role offers the opportunity to step into:

This role sits at the intersection of retail, brand, and community, suited to someone who enjoys both the commercial and human side of the business.

About the Role

This is not a traditional retail management position.

You will take ownership of the store as a business, balancing client relationships, team leadership, and commercial performance.

Drive sales through a strong focus on clienteling, service, and key retail metrics (ATV, conversion, units per sale)
Build a loyal, high-value client base and support ongoing client retention
Create a sense of energy and relevance within the local community
Lead events, partnerships, and in-store experiences
Set and uphold a standard of generous, thoughtful service

What You’ll Bring

A commercial mindset, with confidence in delivering KPIs, achieving sales, and reaching results.
A natural ability to build genuine, long-term client relationships.
A sense of ownership: You take pride in what you build and how it performs.
Confidence working with premium, often affluent customers.
An interest in community, events, and creating meaningful in-store experiences.
Experience in premium, luxury, or client-led environments.

You may come from retail, wholesale, events, or business development, what matters most is your ability to connect, build, and deliver results.
