Seafolly is on the lookout for a people, sales and customer focused Area Manager to join our NSW team. This is a full-time opportunity, based locally in Sydney.
As our Area Manager, you’ll be a true ambassador of the Seafolly brand - bringing our spirit to life in every store and interaction. You will:
Lead and embed a customer-first culture by coaching teams to consistently deliver exceptional, brand-aligned service, demonstrating strong product knowledge, fit expertise, and customer empathy in every interaction
Drive a high-performance sales environment by setting clear expectations, motivating accountability, and leveraging coaching to exceed sales, KPI, and customer experience benchmarks
Maintain exceptional in-store standards through strong visual merchandising, housekeeping, and ongoing team development to ensure a premium and consistent brand presentation
Utilise data insights (sales, traffic, and customer trends) to identify opportunities, optimise performance, and inform stock, promotional, and operational decisions
Effectively manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, rosters, wage control, shrinkage, and auditing processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Champion omni-channel and customer loyalty initiatives, ensuring teams maximise customer engagement, database growth, retention, and seamless multi-channel experiences
Build and sustain a high-performing team culture by fostering trust, inclusivity, and engagement while driving recruitment, development, succession planning, and retention
Lead with strong communication and collaboration by acting as a key link between stores and head office, supporting remote teams, and ensuring alignment on strategy, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives
You have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Area Manager or equivalent leadership role
Proven experience currently or previously managing a portfolio of 8+ stores
Strong people-first leadership, leading by example across the business
Proven ability to inspire team performance through coaching and development
Passion for building high-performing, customer and brand-focused teams
Customer-centric mindset with a proactive, positive presence on the retail floor
Inclusive leadership style with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strategic, commercial thinking and strong planning ability
Agile and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities, drive operations, and uphold business standards
