Full Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for a highly organised Administration and Finance Assistant with experience in Xero and confident with Excel. Hiring and start before the end of financial year.

Key points:

Flexible hours
3-4 days per week
6 - 8 hours day
24 – 30 hours week
$28 per hour + super
Located in Williamstown for in-office days.

The Company

Established company since 2004, Ezycall is a leading provider of 13, 1300 and 1800 numbers and Telecommunication products to businesses throughout Australia and New Zealand. We have over 500 clients that we provide telephone systems for each month.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Assistant to support our Director. Reporting directly to the director, this role is essential to the smooth operation of our finance and office administration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payables - tracking invoices to be paid, reconciling payments on Xero
Accounts Receivables - Issuing invoices and chasing up overdue ones
Answering and redirecting phone calls
Managing upkeep of customer databases/CRMs
Delegating email customer support requests to Sales and Support Teams

About You

2+ years equivalent work experience
Prior experience in finance roles is preferred, bookkeeping within a service industry would be ideal.
Approachable, proactive, flexible thinking professional who is willing and able to learn and grow.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in accounting software Xero preferred.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently
Comfortable to ask questions when unsure of the process
