As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Administrative Manager to join us!
About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Administrative Manager to support our business operations. This role involves writing quotes and handling general administration tasks to keep our business running smoothly.
✅ Quoting & Client Coordination:
- Prepare and send quotes for property styling projects
- Follow up with clients regarding quotes, follow ups and approvals
- Invoicing & paying bills
✅ General Administration:
- Manage emails, phone calls and client inquiries
- Ongoing support to to team with administrative tasks
- Support the team with scheduling and operational tasks
General bookkeeping would be a bonus!
About You: Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Confident in preparing quotes and managing financial documents. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. Interest in property styling or interior design (bonus but not essential!)
