About Thrive

Since 2016, Thrive Early Learning Centres has experienced significant success and growth. Thrive North Gosford (Koolyangarra) is a purpose built centre that was established in 1991 and holds an extremely strong reputation in the local community, providing quality care and education.

The entire has a wonderfully large and well-shaded outdoor yard perfect for setting up engaging experiences and provocations.

The team have a strong focus on creating a positive experience for all children and families so they feel nurtured, safe, confident and valued.

About The Role

We are currently looking for dedicated and reliable educators with a qualification in early childhood education to join our casual pool.

You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged!

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework
Provide assistance to other educators in the room
Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
Maintain effective communication with parents
Actively contribute to the educational program through observations and documentation using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities

The successful candidate will have:

A recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
A valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check
