ACSA Swim is currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Swim Instructors.

No previous teaching experience? No problem.

We provide comprehensive training and support to help you become a confident and successful swim teacher.

About the Role

As a Swim Instructor, you will:

Teach children and adults to swim in a safe and supportive environment.
Help swimmers build confidence and water safety skills.
Deliver engaging and enjoyable lessons.
Track student progress and communicate with parents.
Work alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Who We're Looking For

You may be:

A university student.
A former swimmer.
A parent returning to work.
Someone looking for flexible part-time work.
Interested in education, sport, health or coaching.

The ideal candidate will have:

A positive and energetic attitude.
Strong communication skills.
Reliability and professionalism.
A passion for working with children.
Availability during afternoons, evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

The following are desirable but not essential:

AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia qualification.
Working With Children Check.
CPR and First Aid certification.

Successful applicants without qualifications may receive support and training to obtain the required certifications.
