No previous teaching experience? No problem.
We provide comprehensive training and support to help you become a confident and successful swim teacher.

About the Role
As a Swim Instructor, you will:
- Teach children and adults to swim in a safe and supportive environment.
- Help swimmers build confidence and water safety skills.
- Deliver engaging and enjoyable lessons.
- Track student progress and communicate with parents.
- Work alongside an experienced and supportive team.
Who We're Looking For

- A university student.
- A former swimmer.
- A parent returning to work.

- Interested in education, sport, health or coaching.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A positive and energetic attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliability and professionalism.
- A passion for working with children.
- Availability during afternoons, evenings or weekends.
Qualifications
The following are desirable but not essential:
- AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia qualification.
- Working With Children Check.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
Successful applicants without qualifications may receive support and training to obtain the required certifications.
