Join an established practice entering an exciting new chapter.

Ontrack Dental in Rosanna is a well-loved community practice with a loyal, long-standing patient base — and we're now part of the Ikigai Group, a Melbourne-based dental group that has well established clinical and in-house laboratory support. With new investment in the practice and a growing patient demand, we're looking for a talented general dentist to grow with us.

The Opportunity

We're offering a part-time role (2–3 days per week) with a clear, structured pathway to full-time as your book builds. This is a genuine growth position — you'll inherit an active patient base from day one, supported by group-level marketing.

What We Offer

Established and growing patient flow — an existing recall base plus consistent new patient acquisition driven by dedicated group marketing
In-house laboratory support through Ikigai Ceramics — direct access to master ceramists for crown and bridge, veneers, and implant restorations, with fast turnarounds and chairside collaboration on complex aesthetic cases
Clinical mentorship and pathways — work alongside experienced clinicians across the group, with opportunities to develop in implant dentistry and full-arch rehabilitation
Modern, well-equipped surgery with digital workflows
Experienced support team — friendly, established staff who know the patients and the community
Clinical autonomy — treatment plan the way you believe is right for your patients, with group support rather than corporate interference

About You

AHPRA registration as a Dental Practitioner, with no restrictions
Current professional indemnity insurance
Strong general dentistry skills across restorative, endodontics, extractions, and preventive care
Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-first chairside manner
A team player who takes pride in clinical quality and continuity of care
New graduates with strong fundamentals and experienced clinicians are both encouraged to apply — the role will be shaped around your experience level
