Ontrack Dental in Rosanna is a well-loved community practice with a loyal, long-standing patient base — and we're now part of the Ikigai Group, a Melbourne-based dental group that has well established clinical and in-house laboratory support. With new investment in the practice and a growing patient demand, we're looking for a talented general dentist to grow with us.
The Opportunity
We're offering a part-time role (2–3 days per week) with a clear, structured pathway to full-time as your book builds. This is a genuine growth position — you'll inherit an active patient base from day one, supported by group-level marketing.

About You
- AHPRA registration as a Dental Practitioner, with no restrictions
- Current professional indemnity insurance
- Strong general dentistry skills across restorative, endodontics, extractions, and preventive care
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-first chairside manner
- A team player who takes pride in clinical quality and continuity of care
- New graduates with strong fundamentals and experienced clinicians are both encouraged to apply — the role will be shaped around your experience level
