We're growing fast. Following recent acquisitions, our Resorts & Lodges division now represents $250M in revenue and approximately 1,000 people and we're looking for a commercially sharp finance leader to partner directly with our divisional MD and operational leadership team.

The Role
Based at our Sydney office, this is a high-impact finance leadership role with end-to-end P&L accountability across our Resorts & Lodges businesses, including Ayers Rock Resort, K'Gari, Monarto, Sal Salis, OST Lodges and Kakadu.

You'll report to the EGM Group Finance Operations & Performance and work closely with the MD Resorts & Lodges and business unit General Managers to drive performance, commercial outcomes and organisational efficiency across a genuinely unique portfolio.

What you'll be doing

Leading budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for the Resorts & Lodges division
Driving divisional financial performance and delivering actionable insights to operational leaders
Leading commercial and contractual review processes, including compliance with delegated authorities
Supporting the development of the 5 year strategic plan and financial modelling
Leading the organisational efficiency program and capex planning
Implementing and improving systems for efficient, scalable financial management
Developing and mentoring your finance team across the division

Demonstrated success in a senior finance leadership role of comparable scale and complexity
CA/CPA qualified and relevant tertiary credentials
Strong commercial acumen you translate financial insights into real business decisions
Proven people leadership capability with experience building high-performing teams
Excellent communication and influencing skills at executive and operational level
A results driven, transformation focused approach
Collaborative style with experience in national or multi-site environments
