Description & Requirements

Join Monadelphous' Personnel Logistics team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of major Energy contracts. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to build their career within a fast-paced and collaborative project environment. As a Project Administrator, you will support a range of project and personnel logistics activities, coordinate workforce-related requirements, engage with key stakeholders, and contribute to the successful execution of projects across our Energy portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with site representatives and recruitment teams to deliver a seamless onboarding and mobilisation experience for employees.
Coordinating flights, accommodation, training, and inductions to ensure personnel are fully compliant before mobilisation.
Managing the allocation of internal employee resources to fulfil client workforce requirements as vacancies arise.
Ownership and daily management of client rosters, employee work assignments and associated leave requests.
Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Preparing, maintaining, and updating employee records, documentation, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
Generating reports and monitoring compliance requirements to support operational and project needs
Building strong working relationships with employees, site teams, and key stakeholders to support project success.

What you’ll bring:

Previous experience in mobilisation, onboarding, workforce administration, or project administration
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
