organised and proactive Production Administrator to support our production and workshop teams, helping keep operations running smoothly, efficiently,
and on schedule.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple tasks, and takes pride in delivering accurate
administrative support. From managing production documentation and job scheduling to liaising with internal departments and maintaining records, you'll
play an important role in supporting the delivery of quality products to our customers worldwide.

The Role:
- Managing the day to day administration duties for the entire Production Facility
- Creating and maintaining production orders within the ERP system
- Updating and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing data
- Entering sales orders and processing invoices and production orders
- Assisting with production planning and scheduling activities
- Monitoring production progress and updating relevant records and reports
- Coordinating documentation required for manufacturing, quality and inventory processes
- Supporting stock control, inventory transactions and material movements
- Assisting with job costing and production reporting
- Project purchasing as required
- Maintaining document control and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Creation and management of project administration
- Providing general administrative support to the Production team
About You:
- Previous experience in an Administration, Production Administration, Operations Administration or Manufacturing Support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and systematic in following company procedures and processes
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience working with the Bill of Materials and SAP would be highly regarded
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience working within a Quality Systems (ISO9001:2008)
- Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with all levels within the organisation
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A collaborative and team-focused approach
