seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support the effective administration of our practice management platform and the integrity of our client and employee data.
This role is responsible for the ongoing management of our practice management systems, client and personnel records, operational support processes, and administrative compliance activities. Acting as a key support function across the firm, you will work closely with Partners, Managers, and support teams to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and efficient business operations.

- Administer and maintain practice management systems, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and efficient operation
- Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, personnel record maintenance, and workforce data updates
- Maintain the integrity of client data, including client setup, amendments, archiving, and ongoing data quality reviews
- Support system upgrades, testing, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives across practice management platforms
- Provide administrative support for compliance, AML, risk management, and regulatory processes
- Assist with workflow management, reporting, billing administration, and practice operations to support business performance
- Deliver high-quality administrative and operational support to Partners and staff, contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the firm

- Experience in administration, operations, practice management, or systems coordination roles (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain accurate data and records
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence learning new systems and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Practice Management or similar business systems within a professional services environment is highly regarded
