Part-time | 1 day per week | Sydney

Quinby's is a Sydney-based hot honey brand, founded in 2020.

Made using Australian wildflower honey infused with habanero chilli, Quinby's is sold through leading retailers, independent stores, restaurants and foodservice partners across Australia.

As the brand enters its next stage of growth, we're looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing, content and digital presence.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to build a brand, but is equally comfortable creating content and executing ideas themselves.

The role

Working directly with the founders, you'll help shape and execute the marketing direction for Quinby's, with an initial focus on content, social, creators and digital growth.

We're a small team, so we're looking for someone who can take an idea from concept through to execution — whether that's creating a piece of content, organising a collaboration, improving an Amazon campaign or developing a new way to get Quinby's in front of consumers.

The role will initially be one day per week, with the opportunity to increase as the brand and role grow.

Key responsibilities

Brand & Content

Develop and manage the Quinby's marketing and content calendar
Create, shoot and edit engaging content for Instagram and TikTok
Develop recipe, restaurant, chef and product-led content
Manage social publishing and community engagement
Maintain a consistent brand identity and tone of voice
Identify new creative opportunities to grow awareness of Quinby's

Creators & Partnerships

Build relationships with relevant food and lifestyle creators
Coordinate product seeding and creator collaborations
Identify opportunities to work with chefs, restaurants and complementary brands
Support events, tastings and retail activations

Digital Marketing

Manage and optimise paid activity across Meta
Test creative and campaigns and monitor performance
Support email and website marketing activity
Track key marketing activity and commercial results

Amazon

Help grow Quinby's presence and sales on Amazon Australia
Optimise product listings and content
Manage and monitor Amazon advertising
Identify opportunities to improve search visibility, conversion and sales

Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads would be highly regarded.

About you

We're looking for someone with experience across brand, social, content or digital marketing, ideally within food, beverage, hospitality, FMCG or a consumer lifestyle brand.

You'll ideally have:

Minimum 2 years' relevant marketing experience
Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok
The ability to personally shoot and edit high-quality short-form content
Experience with Meta Ads Manager
An understanding of e-commerce and performance marketing
Experience working with creators and influencers
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Excellent organisation and the ability to work independently
A commercial mindset and an interest in measuring the impact of marketing activity
A genuine interest in food, restaurants and food culture

Experience with Amazon, FMCG or retail marketing would be an advantage.

About the opportunity

Quinby's is an established Australian brand with growing foodservice sales and retail distribution.

We're now looking to put renewed energy behind the consumer side of the business, with a focus on content, brand awareness, digital marketing and retail growth.

You'll work directly with the founders and have genuine ownership over the marketing direction of the brand, with the opportunity for the role to grow over time.

Location: Sydney
Commitment: 1 day per week, with potential to increase
Start date: Flexible
