An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated team player to join the People and Workplace Relations (Schools) Division at the Department of Education. To be successful in this role you will be client focused and have well developed influencing and decision making skills. Your capacity to establish and maintain collaborative relationships will be critical as well as the ability to work in a fast paced and complex environment. The successful applicant will have a strong attention to detail, have a professional phone manner and experience working with Microsoft office, in particular word, excel and outlook.

About the Role

This is a casual role with a fixed salary, up to six months.

Want to progress your career in HR? Join a team of dedicated HR consultants to deliver recruitment, payroll and HR consultancy to administrators and staff within Victorian Government schools and members of the public seeking job opportunities within Victorian Government schools.

The department provides a wide range of learning and development support and services.

The department provides policy leadership, plans for the future of education in Victoria and leads key cross-sector collaboration. The department plays an important system steward role by providing support, guidance, oversight and assurance across early childhood and school education systems, as well as directly providing school education and 50 new early learning centres.
