YOUR ROLE
You will be joining our team to support the ongoing development and maintenance of our ServiceNow instances, as we expand our process automation capabilities both internally and for our customers.
This will be an opportunity to own, grow, and showcase your thorough knowledge around the SNow platform.
The successful candidate will require strong independent problem solving and decision-making skills along with extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to design, implement and support application and process integrations. Working closely with our experienced technical leaders to develop user-focused solutions.

Delivering platform customisation while considering and conforming to best practice recommendations and company policy

Facilitating the creation and support of new Service Catalog items, reports, integrations, and workflows

Gathering and documenting technical requirements from customers and internal teams
-
Working closely with customers to implement API integrations

Writing and maintaining code with supporting documentation
-
Championing further platform adoption across the business units
-
Performing regular platform maintenance and planned upgrades
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
To be successful in this role, you to bring the following skills, experience and behaviours:

Ideally have three years’ experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a development or administration role (CSA/CAD certification is preferred but not essential)

A solid understanding of ITIL processes and the ITSM/CSM modules
-
Development experience with REST and SOAP Web Services
-
The ability to prioritise work requirements and effectively manage time in a hybrid work environment
-
Capability to exercise initiative, creative problem-solving skills and deliver timely solutions
-
Willingness to be hands-on and continue expanding your knowledge in all facets of IT
-
Clear and articulate oral and written communication
-
Be comfortable and professional when working directly with internal and external customers
