With more than 150 stores nationally, a growing digital presence and a track record of creating culturally relevant campaigns, collaborations and customer experiences, we're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help bring our brand to life across social media, content and influencer partnerships.
We're looking for someone who understands how the next generation of customers discover brands, consume content and engage with culture, and can help translate those insights into content that drives awareness, engagement and growth.

About the Role
Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you'll support the creation of engaging content, creator partnerships and social-first storytelling across our marketing channels.

Working closely with Marketing, Creative, Retail and Digital teams, you'll help deliver everything from content shoots and creator collaborations to major campaign launches and brand activations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating content, spotting trends and turning ideas into engaging social moments.

What You'll Be Doing
Content Creation

Create and edit engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms
Capture content at stores, events, activations and photoshoots
Support the planning and execution of content calendars
Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates and cultural moments
Assist with community engagement and social monitoring
Identify opportunities for the brand to participate in relevant conversations and trends

Creator & Influencer Partnerships

Coordinate gifting and creator seeding programs
Research and identify creators aligned with the brand
Support creator outreach and relationship management
Assist with creator campaigns and content approvals
Track campaign performance and deliverables
Support creator events and brand activations

Campaign & Brand Support

Support major seasonal campaigns and product launches
Assist with social content production and campaign execution
Collaborate with Creative, VM, Retail and Product teams
Help bring brand stories to life across multiple touchpoints

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

Are obsessed with TikTok, Instagram and social media culture
Have a genuine understanding of Gen Z culture, behaviours and content trends
Understand the difference between creating content and creating content people actually want to engage with
Can identify emerging creators, trends and cultural moments before they become mainstream
Love creating and editing content that feels authentic, relevant and shareable
Have excellent organisation and project management skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment
Are proactive, curious and highly collaborative

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience creating content for Gen Z audiences
Experience working with creators, influencers or brand ambassadors
Retail, beauty, fashion or lifestyle brand experience
Photography, videography or editing skills
Experience using CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar content creation tools
