We're looking for a Creative Content & Design Coordinator who can transform ideas into engaging content and help bring the BildGroup brand to life. Based in Campbellfield, you'll work closely with teams across the business to create compelling visual and written content that connects with employees, customers and communities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create visually engaging marketing collateral across print and digital channels
- Design capability statements, brochures, presentations, signage, case studies and promotional material
- Develop compelling stories that showcase our projects, people and culture
- Produce graphics, digital assets and campaign content
- Monitor content performance and contribute ideas for ongoing improvement
- Plan, film and edit video content for social media, project showcases and internal communications
- Write and edit content for marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications and case studies
- Coordinate photography shoots and creative projects
- Manage print, signage and promotional material production
About You
- 5+ years' experience in a creative, content, design or marketing role
- Strong graphic design capability across print and digital channels
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is essential.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Video filming and editing experience
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills
