About the Role

We’re looking for an organised, approachable and proactive Office Administrator to join our Northern Territory team in Darwin.

You’ll play an important role in keeping our office running smoothly, providing day-to-day administrative support to our team and being a friendly first point of contact for clients and visitors.

From coordinating travel and managing office supplies to supporting events, purchase orders and internal communications, this is a varied role with plenty of opportunity to learn.

You don’t need to know everything from day one. If you’re organised, enjoy helping people and have a positive attitude, we’ll provide the support and exposure to help you develop your administration career.

What You’ll Do

Welcome clients and visitors and provide a friendly, professional first point of contact.
Manage incoming calls, enquiries and the administration inbox.
Coordinate flights, accommodation and other travel arrangements.
Order and maintain stationery, office supplies and staff amenities.
Help keep meeting rooms and shared office areas organised.
Assist with internal communications, including posters and invitations.
Support company events and office activities.
Raise purchase orders and assist with basic procurement and supplier administration.
Provide general administrative support to the wider NT team.
