About the Role

As a Casual Administration Officer, you'll provide flexible administrative and clerical support across a range of hospital departments. No two days are the same, with opportunities to work in diverse clinical environments while building valuable healthcare administration experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing professional reception and customer service support
Managing telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries
Assisting with patient admissions and registrations
Maintaining accurate records and data entry
Supporting clinical teams with administrative tasks
Coordinating documentation and filing systems
Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with NSW Health procedures

About You

Previous administration or customer service experience is essential, while experience within a healthcare setting will be highly regarded.

Completion of all NSW Health onboarding requirements, including relevant checks and mandatory training prior to commencement

What you'll be doing

Provide high quality administration and customer service to support the services of Organisational Development & Learning to effectively work across the district. This role is responsible for being the first point of contact for enquiries, managing the ODL inbox and supporting all staff with My Health Learning.
