ePrint is a fast-paced, family-owned and operated print company based in Windsor, Brisbane. We specialise in high-quality, creative custom print work including board games, card decks, packaging, signage, marketing materials, custom boxes, and more.

This is not your average print shop — we operate in a unique and growing niche, working on one-of-a-kind projects for clients across Australia. From boutique board game sets to highly detailed packaging, our jobs are rarely the same, offering a dynamic and rewarding work experience.

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Print Finisher / Operator to join our production team. You’ll work across multiple areas of the production floor including finishing, machine operation, packing, quality control, and deadline management.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a unique and creative print environment with room to grow into leadership or management roles. While experience is a bonus, we’re happy to train the right person from the ground up for a long-term career in specialty print.

Key Responsibilities

Operate finishing equipment such as Rotary Cutters, Duplos, Guillotines, Laminators, Binders, Corner Cutting Machines, Folders etc.
Trim, bind, and finish printed products including card decks and board game components
Perform quality control checks to ensure high standards are met
Manage competing workloads and assist with scheduling production deadlines
Assist in packing, labelling, and dispatching orders
Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe workspace
Work collaboratively with others and, eventually, help lead small teams if required

Work Schedule

8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday
Flexible start times available
38 hours per week
Overtime available as required
