About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Print Finisher / Operator to join our production team. You’ll work across multiple areas of the production floor including finishing, machine operation, packing, quality control, and deadline management.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a unique and creative print environment with room to grow into leadership or management roles. While experience is a bonus, we’re happy to train the right person from the ground up for a long-term career in specialty print.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate finishing equipment such as Rotary Cutters, Duplos, Guillotines, Laminators, Binders, Corner Cutting Machines, Folders etc.
- Trim, bind, and finish printed products including card decks and board game components
- Perform quality control checks to ensure high standards are met
- Manage competing workloads and assist with scheduling production deadlines
- Assist in packing, labelling, and dispatching orders
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe workspace
- Work collaboratively with others and, eventually, help lead small teams if required

Work Schedule
- 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Flexible start times available
- 38 hours per week
- Overtime available as required
