About Us Riman's Systems is a fast-growing, Sydney-based software agency. We build automated "Missed Call Text-Back" engines specifically designed for local trades and service businesses. Our tech solves a massive, expensive problem for blue-collar businesses: losing thousands of dollars in missed leads while they are busy on the tools.

We are currently expanding our footprint in the local area and are looking for a hungry, self-driven Business Development Manager to partner with us and introduce our software to local businesses.

The Role This is not a traditional 9-5 desk job. You will be operating as an independent sales partner, responsible for finding and onboarding local tradies (plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc.) and mortgage brokers onto our platform.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Identifying and contacting local trade businesses who are missing calls and losing leads.
Running simple, 30-second live demonstrations of our software directly on the prospect's mobile phone.
Closing deals and onboarding clients into our monthly subscription service.
Managing your own pipeline, schedule, and territory.

Who We Are Looking For

Must be an Australian or English native speaker.
The Ex-Tradie or Local Expert: You understand how blue-collar businesses operate. You know how to talk to a bricklayer or a plumber without sounding like a corporate software salesperson.
The Self-Starter: You are highly motivated, comfortable with face-to-face or cold-call sales, and can handle rejection.
The Communicator: You can explain simple tech solutions in plain English to people who aren't tech-savvy.
Experience: Previous B2B sales, account management, or trade industry experience is highly regarded but not strictly essential if you have the right hustle.

The Remuneration (Recurring Revenue Structure) This is an uncapped, commission-based contract role designed for high earners who want to build a passive income stream.

Unlike traditional sales where you only get paid once, you will earn a generous percentage of the client's ongoing monthly subscription for as long as they remain a customer.

Sign a client once, get paid every single month.
Build a portfolio of 20-30 local businesses and create a highly lucrative, recurring monthly income.
Zero earning caps.
