We are looking for dedicated Lead Educator to join our team.

Located on Yvette Street in Kelso, Milestones Early Learning Kelso offers high‑quality childcare and kindergarten for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years in a calm, community‑focused environment where children feel safe, supported and ready to learn. Nestled in a quiet, family‑friendly pocket of Townsville near the Ross River, the centre is ideal for families in Kelso, Rasmussen, Condon and Upper Ross, with easy access via Riverway Drive. Our experienced educators build strong, genuine relationships with every child and family, creating a nurturing space where children feel a sense of belonging and can grow in confidence.

About you:

Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor’s degree
A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
