As Assistant Centre Director, you will:
- Support the daily operations of the centre to ensure high-quality outcomes for children and families.
- Foster strong relationships with families, educators, and the local community.
- Assist in driving occupancy growth and promoting the centre's unique offerings.
- Mentor and support educators to achieve and exceed the National Quality Standards.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
- Help maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and operational requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Previous leadership experience within an early childhood education setting.
- A current Working With Children Check.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, quality standards, and operational requirements.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and team leadership skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for children, families, and educators.
