As part of the SunRice Group, SavourLife combines the energy of a growing challenger brand with the backing, scale and capability of a leading FMCG business.

We're looking for a National Business Manager to take ownership of some of our most important retail partnerships and help shape the next chapter for the SavourLife brand.

Working with leading Pet Specialty retailers across Australia, you'll build strategic customer relationships, unlock commercial opportunities and help shape the future growth of one of Australia's leading purpose-led pet food brands.

This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where your ideas, relationships and commercial decisions will have a genuine impact on customer success, channel performance and the future of the SavourLife brand.

This is far more than a traditional account management role. You'll be the face of SavourLife with key customers, balancing commercial thinking, data-driven decision making and relationship building to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. Key responsibilities will include:

Owning and growing relationships with national pet specialty retail partners, becoming a trusted commercial advisor to key decision-makers.
Developing and delivering joint business plans that create value for both SavourLife and our customers.
Leading commercial negotiations, trading terms discussions and top-to-top customer engagements.
Designing and executing promotional strategies that drive sustainable growth, improve trade spend effectiveness and strengthen brand performance.
Using sales, category and shopper data to identify opportunities, optimise performance and provide insightful recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Managing forecasting, reporting and performance tracking to support business planning and delivery.
Collaborating closely with Marketing, Category, Finance, Insights and Supply teams to deliver commercial outcomes and bring plans to life.

About You

You know that successful customer partnerships aren't built on spreadsheets alone. They are built on trust, collaboration and a genuine understanding of what matters most to your customers.

You're a commercially minded relationship builder who enjoys getting alongside customers, understanding their business and finding opportunities that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.

You bring strong FMCG experience, confidence in commercial negotiations and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You're just as comfortable discussing strategy with senior decision-makers as you are diving into sales data to uncover opportunities and build a compelling business case.

Most importantly, you'll bring a proactive, curious and collaborative approach, along with a genuine desire to represent a brand that customers love and a business that makes a real difference.

You will bring:

5+ years' experience in National Account Management or a similar commercial sales role.
Experience managing major retail customers, including trading terms, promotional programs and joint business planning.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to use data and insights to influence decision making.
Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior leaders and customers.
Excellent presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Finance, Category or Insights.
FMCG, grocery, pet category or specialty retail experience will be highly regarded
